Foods that boost metabolism in the morning

Breakfast is considered to be the most essential meal of the day since it kicks starts the day on a happy note. For a healthy metabolic rate in foods, a delicious and healthy breakfast is not always enough. There have been many other factors that help in uplifting the metabolism.
