You will be flooded with a million different feelings simultaneously, and it can be overwhelming.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\" data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Life&#8217;s purpose is much bigger, and you have a long way to go. Don&#8217;t suppress your feelings because that can be damaging in the long run. A new set of eyes can be useful in justifying your feelings and reassuring you that you are not alone. Cutting off ties will ensure that you don&#8217;t spend time and energy thinking about the cause of your heartbreak.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\" data-preserver-spaces=\"true\"> Instead, you are putting that time and energy in the right direction of healing. These endorphins also force positive thoughts in your brain and replace the lost confidence in yourself. <\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Exercising sounds like the last thing someone would want to do while going through a heartbreak, but this is very important.
